I'm a qualified Supervisor, with over 10 years’ experience. My aim is to provide supervisees with a caring and supportive confidential space where they can bring their practice and we can together explore their client work. Our working together can be: in person, on the telephone or virtually.
I support supervisees’ learning and growth as well as providing quality and risk management functions.
For me, a positive and professional working alliance is key to successful supervision.
Supervision for counsellors and trainee counsellors is a best-practice requirement for those in these professions.
I also supervise other caring professionals who provide a listening ear to clients/patients/customers alongside their other services and who feel that supervision would be a positive addition to their professional self-care.
I support supervisees both individually and in small groups.
