At times like these it can be beneficial to talk to someone who has no prior knowledge of us, or our lives, in order to talk about how we feel and gain some understanding of the origins of these feelings, thoughts or behaviours and decide if change might be beneficial.
I provide a non-judgemental, calm space to explore your inner-most feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Rarely in our busy 21st century lives do we have the opportunity of someone listening to us 100%, with no agenda of their own, and who can explore with us our motivations, reasoning and personal resources with no fear of being judged. Being heard is empowering!
I provide that sounding-board for you to express feelings, thoughts and memories that you may not have been brave enough to explore previously. Feelings and memories from childhood that have moulded how you live your life today and influence how you will live on into your future. In exploring with me how you feel, you can increase your understanding of those feelings and work towards any changes in order to become more comfortable in who you are and what you wish to achieve in your life.
